I have used WordCruncher to show students how to find patterns in the scriptures, including the relative emphasis on key words across different authors/books. I have taught them how to use the Phrase Compare (n-gram) report so that they can more easily identify instances of intertextuality.
I have published ten articles or book chapters based on research involving WordCruncher. Two were coauthored with students, and one student had his own article published.
The WordCruncher team has been so incredible to work with. They are extremely responsive to my questions and have bent over backwards to help me with difficult and sometimes very intricate problems.
